Bearded Tongue Flower Buds
These are my Bearded Tongue flowers. They are a perennial wildflower that can withstand heat, drought, and cold winters. They like full sun, but they don't like fertilizer! I've had these plants for about 5 years now. They are slow growers and are not invasive at all. I really enjoy them a lot.
C&NW FERTILiZER DERAIL
A fertilizer train derails near North Lake, in Waukesha county. Not sure how many cars or if any spilled their load. EOS 2000 Fuji 400. The WHSP let me past the roadblock to snap off a few shots. He said I got ten minutes.
